The new ComPlans for BDR/SDRs are capped at 150% which makes it unattractive to join the SDR Org, the Global Director J.G, disadvantages EMEA constantly and is more a AMS director than a global leader. The products and people are great, but even the best SDR globally don't make the AE panel.
