Good if you get ICP accounts, otherwise it's pretty difficult to get customer's in industries who are slower to modernize and adopt new technology.

Not impressed with leadership below COO level. No real understanding of territories or their ability to perform. 100% AE turnover for one Strat West team withing the fiscal year. Near 0 performance by team and no leadership on how to solve the issues.

The sales role is shifting with the arrival of Mike but you still have a lot to do to have a great culture around Zscaler. In my 4 years, have seen some sucess and some tough quarters, but in general this helped me grow as a salesman
