Current Employee Strong leadership. Public sector is hard to sell into. Long deal cycles. 99% outbound, maybe 5 max warm leads a month (warm if putting it nicely). Big focus on the largest accounts so if you’re working with a smaller prospect, it’ll be hard to get resources. Almost no one hits quota and a lot of reps won’t even close a single deal in a year.
