Overall I had a positive experience during my 3 years there. The biggest issue was quota did not appropriately match territory. A rep with an influx of inbound leads to work would have the same closing expectations as a rep in a less fertile territory. Sales managers only seemed to care about their overall numbers which left the struggling team members out to dry as they tried to meet unrealistic expectations.

Zscaler is a good product and has a proven position in the marketplace. The sales org has excellent training and enablement, and a good mix of process and autonomy (depending on manager…) It’s a good landing spot for sales folks.
