Good org overall. Good product and strong market but intense competition. Little to no SDR support and you’re responsible for 100% of your pipeline gen. Lots of things to sell which also comes with complexity and a very technical customer audience, so need to be somewhat intelligent to succeed. Would recommend

Great base salary and incentives. But quota achievement highly dependent on patch, close to zero inbound leads, and poor management style.
