Current Employee If you’re trying to resolve an issue, management often says the right things but rarely follows through with real solutions. While there’s an “open door policy,” in practice it can feel one-sided — decisions tend to favor the account executives, with the SE expected to shoulder extra responsibility. Based on my experience, I’d recommend steering clear of the Public Sector team.
