Territories are uneven yet given the same quota. Anyone that joins a new role should expect to have a rough patch. Once you prove yourself by selling into net new accounts is when they really begin to take care of you, but expect the first year to be tough.

Typical Bay Area tech company. Great benefits, but feast or famine in large enterprise space when it comes to sales. Long cycles, great enablement for understanding solution fit in market.
