Immature organization with too many and too frequent changes to org structure. Toxic culture of micro management and rigid sales process. Limited flexibility with pricing models to win business. Long sales cycle due to complex product.

A lot of operational work, leadership for the most part is phenomenal… have a couple leaders who don’t belong. The product and platform is unbelievable, Zscaler has the ability to win most deals. The support team is not great and we usually have customers complaining.
