Overall experience was ok... Hitting your number is near impossible unless you've been there a while and have a good set of accounts. Base comp is good, but the total OTE is tough to reach. Its a complex sell and unless you have a good manager its tough to get help. LOTS of politics and new leadership made it even worse. Be prepared to travel on a whim and have very poor work/life balance.

There's a reorg every year based on the story the organization wants to tell the board. The market is becoming oversaturated with billing companies, so it's becoming more difficult to differentiate.

overall Zuora was a good place while the company was growing. Now I would not recommend as new business deals are extremely difficult to find and close.
