Great people and product line (EP), exciting products in pipeline. Comp is stagnant compared to competitors. Plenty of opportunity for career progression but limited training/development.

In the neuromodulation devision there are a lot of back door deals rep to upper management to take revenue from other territories that you are not working in. It makes for a terrible culture and hard to even track performance accounting wise. The base compensation is definitely above the industry average which keeps you at the company and makes switching less appealing. The company leadership and non-compensation perks are very good and the work-life balance is also very good.
