I really enjoy the role but struggle to find ways to get to the top. Heavy reliance on inbound leads with not a ton of success prospecting into cold accounts. This makes it hard to predict revenue.

athena has historically been an excellent place to work. In the small market space, pay is competitive, deals have historically been winnable, and leadership is engaged. Athena was great when I first started. Great culture for remote employees. However, in 2023 they did not allow new logo sales at summer connect which is who remote employees feel apart of the culture. They’ve also made it more difficult this year to sell with several new policies.
