Fantastic company and great pay and benefits. The sales organization is the tip of the spear and we have the buy in and support of the whole organization. There are some internal organizational areas that could use tweaking but overall, this is the place to work and we're positioned to be the market leader over the next 2 - 3 years.

Leadership is excellent. Compensation base and OTE seem average. Quota is attainable. Compensation structure is demotivating. Great brand awareness and product market fit.
