Leadership is excellent. Compensation base and OTE seem average. Quota is attainable. Compensation structure is demotivating. Great brand awareness and product market fit.

My overall experience here has been positive. I think it’s a great company to get sales experience at and the culture is great. They have recently changed our commission plan at the beginning of 2025 which has caused a large amount of shakeup for SDRs. The timeline to getting to a closing role has significantly been stretched out. Not sure about plausible long term...Read More

I enjoy working at athenahealth. Working with doctors offices can be more fulfilling than other industries. The leadership is amazing and there is a lot of transparency here. I would reccomend anyone interested in an SDR career to look into athena
