Not a great first sales job. Difficult quota attainment and very little guidance. Lead quality correlated to quota. Also very political

I really enjoy the role but struggle to find ways to get to the top. Heavy reliance on inbound leads with not a ton of success prospecting into cold accounts. This makes it hard to predict revenue.
