My overall experience here has been positive. I think it’s a great company to get sales experience at and the culture is great. They have recently changed our commission plan at the beginning of 2025 which has caused a large amount of shakeup for SDRs. The timeline to getting to a closing role has significantly been stretched out. Not sure about plausible long term growth at the company if you are starting entry level. Managers are all awesome.

Was a Sales Executive at athena for a while. Leadership is a mess, hired people unprepared and unexperienced into those roles. Product is all over the place, price increases without substantial change drives prospects away. Upward mobility is near impossible.
