My team, my manager, the other managers, everyone is great. However, seemingly, there is not a consistant flow of true NEW leads. Nearly 80% of my assigned leads are opportunities touched atleast once from another rep. Additionally, we are tought to sell consultatively, however, deals are made through aggressive, assertive transactional selling. Most leads do not seem to need this product. Sales are mostly driven by creating a false, deceitful sense of urgency: "You need to pay for this; your customer is requesting it." Additionally, the tools and systems are inefficient, despite a strong, (expensive) tech stack....Salesforce is not well built out, the call tools (outreach, gong) are underutilized. Benefits are great, commission structure is good (in theory), but it's very challenging to hit quota. The product itself is solid. There's opportunity for it in the market. If I had suggestions, I'd say a stronger emphasis needs to be placed on driving NEW business. Training could use reassessment... "what truely wins deals, and what opportunities are most likely to close"
