Definitely a good company, but could raise the base compensation and OTE a bit, and make quota slightly easier to hit. For context I have sales experience but not in Saas. I was hired in the last 6 months and get a 50k base and 70k OTE. Good salary for a remote job, but not amazing. 46% of BDR's met/exceeded quota last quarter, and 33% met or exceeded quota over the past month. Company does some training, culture is good, and managers do seem to care. Overall the company is above average and I would recommend working for them.

Overall experience is that captivateIQ has a good product and AE’s are great to work with. Biz dev leadership is another story though
