Definitely a good company, but could raise the base compensation and OTE a bit, and make quota slightly easier to hit. For context I have sales experience but not in Saas. I was hired in the last 6 months and get a 50k base and 70k OTE. Good salary for a remote job, but not amazing. 46% of BDR's met/exceeded quota last quarter, and 33% met or exceeded quota over the past month. Company does some training, culture is good, and managers do seem to care. Overall the company is above average and I would recommend working for them.

The team leaders were fantastic. The communication from C-Level and VP could have been better. At our company kickoff in January the bragged about the money they had from their series C of 100 million still on hand. A month later they laid people off. Nothing special. Lots of pressure to perform. Multiple BDR's put on PIPs and others laid off or fired. Another 30% of the BDR team left in last 3 months due to no promotion opportunities for top performers. Most of the previous AE's left because they reduced the comp plans and now pay way less.
