Leadership is a complete disaster. Micromanaging, unrealistic quotas, fake culture. Just awful. Do yourself a favor and do not apply.

Overall low stress, good place to work. Bdr leaders are easy to work with. Lots of spiff opps. Downside is clear lack path to promotion, Quota attainment seems hit or miss other than the select 2-3 veteran reps.

Overall experience has not been great. New leadership made paycuts which have caused many talented people to leave. Directions, trainings, and business outcomes arent super clear. Would suggest you stay away.
