Great product, great coworkers, but the turnover has been very high and the org is experiencing some serious brain drain. Since being purchased by Thoma Bravo, the pressure has ratcheted up.

Look, when I first started at Darktrace it was a shit show. Three years is a long time though, and the company is trending towards becoming one of the best in the space. With the recent Thoma Bravo aquisition, I would expect to be fully aligned with market in the next year, and then beating it in the next three.
