Organization is ran from the UK and they are disconnected with VPs in American sadly. Culture is horrible here as well they need create a better environment for sales reps to grind out.

It has all helped the sales side, but CS doesn't have the benefits of the business transformations yet. We'll get there. The bigger problem is that the comp plans this year don't actually encourage anyone to go above and beyond- they're all about risk mitigation...Read More
