Great technology and people on the UK. They’ve recently moved to an account based territory model for first time and it’s a complete mess. Those fortunate few who have been at the company for a number of years earn big due to best/largest prospect accounts. New AE’s are bottom feeders - having to live off scraps.

No direction in sales org. Strong product, poor strategic planning, poor product roll out. Sales leadership is not on the same page. Consistent changes in management. Incoming takeover by Thoma Bravo will create more confusion. CEO seems completely out of depth in her role.
