Talent acquisition changed the interview process in the middle of the interview and added more directors to interview. Hiring is an ongoing process and the sales team should have aligned in advance of the process to give a better hiring experience. Sales team has 1 female out of 18 AEs, therefore no diversity on the teams. Leaders don't have experience to lead the team with too many legacy members who are not good with changing environments
