So much potential but I think the company needs to reshape its understanding of the GTM and what support to provide/what expectations to have of each segment. Then align investment appropriately. Currently they are scrambling to get revenue out of each segment but treat the expectations on sales motions, sales cycles and support for each segment as if everyone was a commercial sales team.

Talent acquisition changed the interview process in the middle of the interview and added more directors to interview. Hiring is an ongoing process and the sales team should have aligned in advance of the process to give a better hiring experience.
