Significant organizational issues that need to be addressed - mostly stemming from a lack of proper CRM and Analytics Platforms: questionable ‘data-driven’ leadership decisions, poor hiring, low deal velocity, poor visibility/ transparency into team workflows and more, all contributing to a culture of inequity and stagnation.

The systems here are absolutely terrible and do not set you up for success. The training is absolutely terrible as well and no one records their calls.
