This has significantly reduced the earning potential for BDEs and has made achieving targets more challenging. The training is good and it has been a really good place to build foundational sales skills.

Former Employee1.9Oct 11, 2023Not the greatest experience working here. Leadership wasn't there and often times like their reps to figure it out on their own. They will put you on PIP after closing deals and ask you to leave. No PIP is doable here.
