Current Employee Company has gone through massive changes in the new fiscal year. They've invested in tools like Salesforce to enable sales growth, but the deployment and execution has been messy, slow, and far from the level of operational readiness you'd expect from a company at this scale.
Territories were re-segmented, yet the expectations for performance haven't shifted to reflect the reality of that change.
Compensation also did not match the changes made. Comp plan was trimmed down, and no salary adjustments were made for reps moving into Enterprise roles, when the company base is already under market average.
It's disappointing, there's potential in the direction the company wants to go, great product, but the execution has been poor and the comp changes make the role significantly less competitive.
