Former Employee DT was acquired. Sales team is in shambles and everyone from top AE's to top SDR's are leaving. Commish structure has changed every 6 months in my 2 years of being here. It used to be 340 a meeting but they chopped it in half while raising quota. The CRM is internally built so its terrible and will really slow down your work flow. SDR management is just a group of micromanagers who dont even know the product - if they like you, they will give you the good territories. Product is good but not really needed and typically too expensive for most companies. No product or sales training here, just learn from the top reps on how to finesse your way into hitting quota. I say finesse because no top SDR reps here are actually bringing much value to the org. They are simply leaching off of AE's who source their own meetings or inputting follow up meetings as net new meetings which as i said - the CRM is so bad that you can get away with this. For now its a sinking ship, in 2026 it might be viable. Cool SDR's though. Overall 6/10 SDR gig. Browse Other Reviews
