It's a great company just loads of changes all the time .. the sales process is pretty solid but the in house built CRM is an absolute nightmare. For an AI company everything is super manual internally. Operations needs work for sure! And management are just number crunches and excel warriors. No real value from top management really.

I like working at Darktrace. The new compensation plan are highly encouraging, and motivating to work.
