1. Good product - serious issues with sales management. In order to shorten sales cycles we forget that we actually deal with humans that cannot be forced into a sale. 2. Pre Sales over formalizes expectations on qualification instead of supporting sales. 3. Instead of fixing the huge management issues, new sales are hired.

Culture has changed a lot in recent years. Experienced sellers are coming to Dataiku and starving. Hardly any inbounds. Feels like the teams work against each other internally with metrics constantly changing. Nice people overall and a good base salary. Maybe 20% of reps hitting - that’s generous
