Doesn't matter how good you are or how good the product is, the company's user-based pricing is a complete outlier in the market. No inbound lead flow and much larger competitors around mean you are constantly scratching while Paris has no idea what it takes to sell the product. You will have to hunt. The good news is if when leave, what you learn will make you a star in any other org.

Great company and product. Marketing is very flat, and inbound leads are rare. However, Dataiku is best in class for AI.
