I highly recommend not joining this org as an AE. Since the new sales leadership team took over, things massivly got worse in every aspect.

My overall experience has bem great. really love working here, but still a lot of noise in the space and strong competition.

They tell a story but it is fiction! Ask them how many people make their number especially those that are hired in last 2 years. Ask them sales cycle they will say less than 9 months some say 7, but it is 18 month except for a few rare instances, ask them when did you start talking to customer and when a deal actually closed. If you want to make money, move on.

Be prepared to hustle and drive your own New Logo Business. Qualified leads are few and far between. Don't even get me started on RFQ/RFI's ... They are nonexistent
