ExtraHop offers a strong product with real momentum in cybersecurity, which makes the business side exciting. However, the culture is very hierarchical. Leadership makes decisions without engaging individual contributors, and cross-functional collaboration is limited. Ideas from subject matter experts are often overlooked. There is real potential, but it would take a shift in mindset to create a more open and collaborative environment. With the right cultural changes, the company could be a truly great place to work.

Excellent, we had a rough year in 2022 but the company has been on track since 2023. Record earnings in 2024. Unbeatable product, experienced ELT that will take this company tot he next level. Market is poised to grow in 2025. If your interested, don't read reviews reach out to EH management. Do your research.
