Great for someone who is fresh out of college looking to start a career in sales. Not recommended for someone who is more experienced in sales (compensation to quota attainment/commission unrealistic after 6 months in production). Expect hyper corporate America setting that comes with favorites. Keep your head down to avoid drama. Typical kind of job where candidates for promotions are likely already selected before the interview process. Great culture though!

Newer product still trying to find it’s best execution of value proposition. Current comp plan punishes reps heavily for the lack of product market fit with a claw back.

Run away. This company has quickly turned into a burn and churn organization. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for Homes.com in sales.
