If you are a recent grad and live in the RVA area and want a sales job it can be an ok for for 9-18 months. Most do not hit quota and mobility is limited because the sales team has been built out. Commission clawbacks are extremely frustrating because you work incredibly hard for it to be taken away. Your success can be made or broken by your caliber of sales director and your territory. If you have a territory that has been parsed through like mine was. Good luck………

Run away. This company has quickly turned into a burn and churn organization. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for Homes.com in sales.

My experience was that I was doing three different roles at the same time: a BDR, AE and AMO. Not enough time in the day to do all functions of those roles but if you are one call short of your required 100+ dials a day, you'll get chewed out.
