Interview process is shrouded by the white dinosaur sales ELT. Vague answers to very specific questions. What they don't tell you is the daily camera up micro-managing. The products are not on any R&D roadmap. Insight will buy some point solutions and milk the maintenance base and hit customers with 20% price increases with no specifics on why the price increase. FYI, Strategic software is NOT an excel spreadsheet snap on.

There is a pretty rigourous interview process, with a CSAT gated testing. There is nothing to be done if you don't pass the test. The scores are set pretty high, keep qualified people out. Then there are a serious of interviews with a couple different leaders and a mock discovery call, pass/fail.
