No ramp, no non-recoverable draw, no ESPP, low product market fit. Annual quota pro-rated if you start mid-year, but your quota could be $15k Month 1. Not a mature sales organization. Too many reps for the little demand. Basically selling an excel add-on to make accountant's processes easier. Not the cheapest and you compete against the big ERPs. More fitting to be an account manager than a hunter here. Good maybe for sales experience but not long term.

Good company, sales teams are well equipped, and we have support from the leadership. The problem is on the product level, since they are lining up companies and acquiring them, any new acquisition comes in as just another product, and while the original teams are dissolved, they would still ask you to deliver double what you were doing, with half or less of...Read More

Extreme micromanagement. Leadership is somewhat delusional about their strategy. Most of the growth comes from reselling 20-30-year-old products to its existing customer base at a higher price.
