I loved this company when I first started. The helpful and caring culture resonated wide. But since the new CEO & Sales leaders took over, it’s been vapid and lifeless. The recent RIF has been heartbreaking and the CEO had the nerve to tell us recently that, “nothing has changed about our culture.” Upper management is either extremely out of touch or cruel. Not sure which one is worse.

The company grew too quickly, forced many changes throughout the org. CEO left, and culture seems to have gone with him. Compensation is well under the median and the company has implemented new rules of engagement that makes it difficult for reps to earn money and do daily functions of the job.
