Forced return to office, layoffs, flip flopping on bonus programs retroactively, and the weakest leadership this side of the Mississippi. Reps are looking to get out.

Some OK benefits (insurance, RSU), but continue to take away and decrease the biggest appeals. Mandated RTO, multiple layoffs/PIPs, lowest end base salary, decreased commission rates, slow (if any) adoption of feedback from employees. Many unknowns for the future.

Overall experience is great as long as you are selling. I have been a top 1% seller and have had a good experience thus far. Currently things are shifting where accelerators have been drastically lowered. Concerned about OTE. Usually, I make around $130,000-150,000 but with changes I see a loss in about 30-40k per year with all of our changes to compensation.

Commissions are now capped, two layoffs in the last calendar year and very limited movement into new roles/leadership. Would tread lightly, especially if SDR. Little upside to work here anymore.
