Current Employee Hard to come up with a word outside of absurd. You have a 6-minute window to clock in, you can work 8 hours but still still be considered late at 8:07. Pay is absolute crap. They care more about the shoes you wear vs. removing road blocks to sell. No OT which is fine, but you can't make up hours either because you ABSOLUTELY can't work past 5. Benefits are the first of our month after the first 30 days. So if you start early in the month, it can be nearly two months before you get benefits. I took a sick day and got deemed a "demerit" point because it was my first 90 days. You get treated like a child plain and simple.
