The manager you have and the client you get is truly luck of the draw. Both of these factors have massive impact on an SDRs ability to succeed and SDRs have no choice in choosing either. Base pay starting is 42,500 with the potential to increase it to 60,000 over 8 months out of your 15 month contract. The real money comes from hitting quota, but you don't get 2/3s of it unless you make it 15 months, which many do not. You can do really well on any client with any manager if you have tenacity. It is just far more difficult for some than others to succeed and the factors influencing this are entirely based on luck.

My overall experience was solid. They have a really good training program, and they also have a very good system in place in regards to efficiently getting emails and calls out. Good place for the opportunity to get hired out by your clients.
