My overall mid-experience at memoryBlue has been mixed so far. Since I haven’t been here very long, I am still adjusting to the fast-paced environment and learning how everything works. At times, the transition has felt a little overwhelming, and some of the processes and expectations can feel rigid. I have noticed that the role can be challenging and demanding, which is great for growth, but also requires quick adaptation that can take time to get used to.

Great people, they will be the ones who keep you there. Managers are past SDRs and were killers so they are great learning sources, but not all do a great job managing teams. The pay is terrible, but the network will pay you back for it in spades. My memoryBlue network is probably the most monetarily valuable asset I own.
