Current Employee great company to start your sales career in if you have no experience. great culture, great team and learning environment. however the pay is 50k base, and there is almost no commission. It all goes into a memoryBlue “piggy bank” which you can only access after 15 months working there. If you leave before 15 months, you don’t get your commission. Also, every campaign is different. Some people only get warm leads and are booking meetings like crazy, some people are put on the worst leads where you can’t even get someone on the phone. The campaign you get put on is not your choice and it’s just luck if you get put on a good one
