compensation packages are bad and they have a "bank system" for your commission. $1000 goes into bank and they give you $500 for hitting quota. the give you your "bank money" after hitting 15 months with the company. You have the opportunity for your base to be increased depending on how many time you hit quota. starting base is 42,500

overall experience was solid, training has set me to be where I'm at today and has allowed me to be better than other SDR's who didn't receive such training. Could use some more work around email training but they get you READY to cold call.
