When asked why our commission plans are so low, managers just laugh and say it comes from the board. 1 inbound lead. Less than 300 small accounts to go for in TAM. No process and managers can’t implement discipline. SDRs claiming they’re selling but they’re just changing packages on the billing platform...Read More

Former Employee2.7Mar 27, 2025OTE has gone down the past 2 years. Targets unahievable and AEs no longer get their own SDRs. Set up to fail. Real shame because the overall culture and development opportunities are strong.
