I'd love a little clarification about compensation. Can anyone speak to the Denver MM AE role and their current pay? Salaries listed here state a base of $130k, but the job posting lists $140 - $190 OTE with 60/40 split, meaning base would be $84- $114. Seems like a big discrepancy.

What are the basic salaries for the Mid Market AE's in the UK?

It’s interesting to see so many good account managers at Monday in the nyc office. At the same time the pay is so low compared to the industry. For instance with a base of 162k and potential of 210k for ote is so strange. Curious how the team feels about this? I know the culture is great though.
