After the big RIF in late 2022 it looks like the Sales Org is growing capacity again the last year or two - but Quota Attainment is still pretty depressed in the 25-35% range - are there enough opportunities to go around to be successful if they continue to hire more reps? Thanks!

after laying off 40% of staff in the last few years, now Airtable are hiring again. What has changed? they seem to be positioning themselves more as a no-code app platform than a work management one. is it worth interviewing with them? how are the surviving AEs doing in terms of attainment etc..?

What innovative strategies does the sales team at Airtable implement to generate leads and drive sales pipeline?

Airtable was on my short list for my next AE role but just saw they another round of layoffs, including sales being affected. At this point should just completely strike them from my list? Can reps succeed there over the next 12-18 months?
