It's strict, but not... The company was clear since day one of the pandemic that we would always be back in the office as a hybrid company. When they brought us back in 2022 (NY), it was/is to an incredible office. Breakfast and lunch every day, two outdoor working terraces, snacks, an arcade, massage chairs, the works. They don't track us daily, but if our average attendance drops they may look into it to understand why (rightfully so). I've found most managers lean into flexible working where appropriate, especially around the holidays, but people can't abuse this. Employees are adults, they get their work done, but at the same time, be an adult knowing you work for a hybrid company and show up.

Strict. They had a conversation directly from the VP when a rep hasn't badged in for the entire month. They track all badge scans. They don't micro manage this but they will pull ppl who don't head on in. 3 days a week and will eventually be every day in office unless you were hired for remote specifically.

There are no career advancements beyond IC roles for remote employees so keep that in mind.
