Even though current account executives were struggling to hit quota and close deals they continued to grow and add more account executives. Then they decided to mass lay off or demote us. Leadership you failed us.

Most of us miss what was before the restructure. No one has motivation or desire to excel as numbers mean nothing for promotions or demotions. Leadership is terrible. Work morale is gone. People used to be happy, now they all want to leave.
