Product is great, Most of the reviews here are from SDR's Less than 25% of AE's globally hit here, before you start here speak to a few AE's in seat to get the real insight here. leadership only cares about 1 thing and there is no development ops unless you are part of the good ol boys club. Be prepared to work the most you ever had and not make great money. The ramp is unpaid so that another knock on the experience.

Most of us miss what was before the restructure. No one has motivation or desire to excel as numbers mean nothing for promotions or demotions. Leadership is terrible. Work morale is gone. People used to be happy, now they all want to leave.

Overall, great company to be at. Most of the great reviews are on the SDR team because they have a very close to 100% quota attainment. The AE's do not hit quota, but still a good place to be.
