Great training and AE development. Very political atmosphere and sometimes a toxic culture unfortunately. They were not doing well as company when I left and that's still the case. Impossible to get to AE. SDRs were hitting quota and not getting promoted because managers wanted to hire people with experience. Many SDRs sat in the role over 2 years with no hope. Was a perfect company to work at 2016-2022.

Great front line managers who care about developing strong reps. Good product market fit for mid market.
